Òe-bàhala Inscription. The pedestal of an image of the Sun God. At the present time
there is a standing image of Mahàkàla over the pedestal, a later replacement over the
stone. The pedestal with the image is lying in a corner in the storeroom of a shop to the
left side of the entrance to Te-Bahal to the south of the New Road, Kathmandu. The date is
Saìvat 402 Àøàäha ùukla 15. The inscribed part is 68 cm wide and 103 cm long. The
metre is Anusòupa. (R) |
