Gokarna known after the
Ùivaliêga Gokarneùvara is a village about 3 miles to the north east of Kathmandu. The
stone lies inside a small temple adjacent to the Temple of Gokarneùvara, a little further
northwest. The inscription is much damaged but letters here and there can be read. No
