No. 5. Andhau stone inscription. The inscription consists of three lines. The inscribed surface measured 4' 7" X 7 1/2", and the average length of the letters is 1". Its object is to record the erection of a funeral monument to the memory of Yaùadatà, a novice, the daughter of Sihamita, of the Ùenika gîtra, by her husband Madana, son of Sihila (BB).

L. 2. Only the left half of the symbol (và) is legible; there is only one stroke after the symbol (2) for bahula; This (Ùenika) may also be read Ùinika; read sa-gotràye. (BB).
L. 3. This word ([laøòi]) has disappeared almost entirely through flaking. (BB).
